Our email account has been suspended because of high hard bounce rates.

Now how to started again our hubspot account ?

If you’re using the free tools, then unfortunately there’s nothing you can do, as far as I know. The email tool will remain blocked, you can still use the other tools. If you want to continue using your portal and still send bulk emails, integrating third party email tools such as Mailchimp would be an option.
