Hi, we have a few 3rd party sites which integrate with Hubspot using Zapier.
On actions such as creating an account or a project, a contact is created or updated and contact and/or project data added to Hubspot.
As we are using Zapier the Source is always set to offline and the drill downs to integration and zapier.
Is there a way for us to pass the referring url to hubspot using zapier so hubspot can set this correctly from the original source, instead of being set as Zapier?
I have added the hubspot tracking pixel to one of our sites to see if this could be utilised to help with this.
The source from an integration will continue to show as you are seeing now, however, you could potentially pull values from a UTM string into Zapier and send to HubSpot, but they would be custom properties not the source ones you defined.
Hi Josh, yes I realised that was an option and we could pre-process, I was just hoping there was a way to override the behaviour so the data would be inline with everything else instead of in a custom field.
