How can we do tags of case studies or documents in Hubspot?
We would like to organize our files according to tags.
Does anyone know how to do this?

There is no tagging option available in hubspot to organize your documents/files.
You can create folder and upload file on respective folder, other option is view docuemnets as file type.
Tags or even a Notes field on Documents would be SO HELPFUL. We may have 2 or 3 versions of a similar document, one with pricing, one without, one with a quarterly special and the only way to differentiate is to have it in the title (which is awful because it would be shared externally) or create everything in it’s own folder. A basic Notes field that is searchable would make them SO MUCH better.
agreed we need something to manage this file section a bit better, we just end up dumping in duplicate images and congesting the file system because it becomes impossible to search for images as the thumbnails are way too small!
Chiming in to say this would also be helpful for us. We vary our collateral based on a number of different dimensions and without a tagging or note system, it is almost impossible to easily find the version we’re looking for.

Currently, this feature isn’t available in HubSpot. However, you can upvote the request here: File Manager > Files and Videos > Tagging/Metadata. To contribute, upvote the existing idea and share more details about your specific use case in the comments.
