I’ve noticed that for accounts with tons of associated contacts, the relevant ones get pushed to the bottom, removing them from view when looking at the account level.
A cool feature would be to allow hubspot users the option to choose how these contacts are ordered for either a) their own account or b) for all users by default.
Some ways I’d like to order them (all of which are better than how they are ordered now:
- Custom association label is known (move to top). {ie Billing Contact, Decision Maker etc}
- Last activity Date
- First Name
