Sounds cool! I think you could do this with a custom form using some automation/logic (requires Marketing Hub Pro) and then use HubSpot quotes (requires Commerce Hub Pro) to send out a quote based on what they filled out. Should be able to do everything within HubSpot and not need and 3rd party tools.
