Optional to Have Client Fill Meeting Location

It would be nice if in the location setting we could have the customer/client fill in that information. If not, at least have a customer information link there to assign the address. I use meetings to set up appointments with customers, generally at their homes. I send them an invite and they fill it in.

This is important because the calendar fills in google maps link with the “location” field and its how we set our gps to go there.

Thank you for the suggestion! Currently, the location field needs to be entered by the organizer, but adding an option for clients to provide or confirm their address directly sounds like a useful feature. We’ll share this feedback with the team for consideration in future updates.
