I would like to be able to turn off the decimals in the ticket create date property in order for it to only show full days. Right now we only have the possibility to either choose ‘show date and time only’ or ‘show date, time, and relative time’. The former shows the date and time the ticket was created. The latter shows the number of days including the decimals as this takes into consideration the hours between when the ticket was created until the current time.
Since our work isn’t as time sensitive as others’, we don’t have a need for such a detailed time frame, and it indeed can be confusing to work with these decimals.
