When bulk updating the status of tickets in HubSpot, any fields required by the new status must be completed—even if each ticket already has a value in that field. I’d like to suggest a “no change” option for required fields during bulk edits, allowing existing values to remain untouched rather than being overwritten. This would save time and prevent loss of meaningful data when tickets already contain the correct values.
Use Case:
For example, when changing multiple tickets to a new status that requires a “Category” field, and each ticket already has a different correct category selected, I want to preserve those existing values instead of having to manually reselect or bulk overwrite them.
