Hi all,

Is there a way to put in an option on the email question so a user does not have to put in an email address? I tried putting in additional verbiage in the chat bubble and adding a response button, but neither show when the bot is requesting an email.

Thanks!

Hey @A-Hubs23,

There’s not one directly on the email question itself on the bot. But what I’ve done is ask a question right before that of, “Would you like to leave your email so we can get back in touch?” with “Yes” and “No”. Yes would take them to the email question and rest of the flow, and the No would just skip around the email question.

I hope that helps!
