For example, if you add new checkboxes for a multiple checkbox property that is already used in forms, these newly added checkboxes will also appear in all existing forms where the property is used. It would be helpful to be able to decide whether to include the newly added checkboxes in the existing forms or not - and I am not talking about the on/off switch for “use in forms”. We needed the newly added checkboxes only for 1 form and had to remove them manually from all other forms which was very time consuming.
And specially in Chatbots too. Because right know when you use a property in a Chatflow it shows all the values of that property.

We do have more than 100 forms with the same propery and now increasing rapidly the number of forms in the site and its becoming a struggle to edit all the old ones because we uptade the properties…
Hubspot would make a lot of lifes easier if this feature would be available.
This system is suposed to make processes more automatic, not manual!
