# Option to customize feedback on knowledge base articles

Hi all,

Clients can give feedback on articles published in the knowledge base:

Unfortunately, this module cannot be customized. It is neither possible to deactivate it completely nor to customize the content.

It would be great if this were possible in the future. Especially for those who use the knowledge base for more than just that.

We want to expand the feedback collection process to incorporate comments from users into our knowledge base. Whether they like the articles or not, we should provide them with a field to enter their feedback. So that we understand what exactly needs to be improved in the article to improve the user experience.

Seems similar to this [idea](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Allow-Specific-Feedback-on-Knowledge-Base-Articles/idc-p/205216/highlight/true#M165552) previously submitted. Want to connect as many as possible since it seems there are possibilities to duplicate an idea within this community. Being able to collect feedback on a “no” would be incredible.

Please get this fixed, this is urgent, we need to be able to disable this.
