How to create and link form in contact sidebar?

The custom properties for a contact that I create and set to show in the sidebar will only present vertically stacked. I have many custom properties that consitute an “address” together (ex: street, zip, country) that I want to layout in a non-stacked fashion within the contact information section of the sidebar.

Are you referring to customizing the sections in the contact record in HubSpot? Could you please include a screenshot of what you’re referring to so we can take a look?

Yes, that is right the sections in the contact record (this is reffered to as ‘Contact record left sidebar’ in Record Settings.

I would like to use a saved section created from a webpage (if possible) or learn of an alternative way to customize the layout of a section. Currently I can only add custom properties/fields where they stack vertically on each other.
