Contact records can have a lot of activity in them. I know you can select/deselect items to view with “filters”; however, there’s also a lot of benefit to scanning all activities and seeing the flow.
I think it would be great to have an option to customize the color background of contact activities. They are all currently white, and when scanning, it’s hard to differentiate the types of activities.
Ideally, we could choose to mark Forms as one color, Notes as another, etc. Thanks for listening!
