Option to change meeting host

Hi,

Could an option be added to manually (and in bulk) change the host of a meeting please?

Would be helpful to have this when someone is logging meeting on behalf of someone else.

Yes please! I need to be able to book meetings on behalf of my colleagues so being able to change the meeting host in the mobile app would be a very helpful feature!!

Upvoting this idea as I have been logging meetings on behalf of colleagues and I appear as host even though this was not the case.

Upvoting this - while we are able to add a user as a third attendee, but it still appears on the hosts to-dos, even if they are delegating to another user.

Hi everyone,

I’m Winnie, the Product Manager for Logged Meetings in the CRM. Is the request here to change the host for meetings synced with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, or simply to update the host for Logged Meetings?

Would appreciate more detail to understand the use case here.

We’re unable to edit the Meeting Host for synced calendar events because Google & Outlook’s APIs don’t allow us to edit the Host after the meeting is initially set. We want to avoid that discrepancy, hence why there’s no edit access from the HubSpot side. If you want it updated & in sync, that would have to happen from the Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar system.

On the Logged Meeting side, we have more wiggle room but I’d like to understand the use case and how often it occurs. It sounds like the main request here is for synced calendar events. Share some more details and I can circle back with more info.
