Option to add a file in the snippet;
I have a file like a copy of our terms and conditions, or W9 that I need to share with my customers, cant I upload it and keep it so that I can use it as a template every time a customer reaches out?

You could upload those files in the file manager. Once uploaded there, you can grab the link of each file and place them into your snippet as a hyperlink.

I have uploaded my files to the file manager, but if I want to create a link, I have to share it with a specific email address. I want to create a snippet that automatically links to certain files that I can use in my conversations.
We need to be able to have the files automatically added to the snippet, not go into files and attach it, that is cumbersome for software, and it a definite point for mistakes. It also wastes time when dialing for hours on end. Thanks.
That is painful. There should be the option to add as many files as needed to any snippet automatically at snippet set up. Please add the feature. I can see above you lost clients because of this.
But it seems you need to enter the recipients email to create a link to follow their participation with the file?
did you get a resolution to this? I am having the same issue. I used to be albe to insert a file and now I only have an option for a url link?
