Optimizing HubSpot for Multi-Location Polyclinics in Dubai

Hi HubSpot Community,

I’m seeking advice on optimizing HubSpot for a polyclinic network with multiple locations across Dubai. We’re using HubSpot for marketing, CRM, and patient communications, and I have a few key questions:

  1. Segmentation: What are the best practices for segmenting contacts by location to tailor marketing and communications for each polyclinic branch?
  2. Local SEO: How can we utilize HubSpot’s tools to boost local SEO for each polyclinic and create effective localized content?
  3. Appointment Integration: What are the best ways to integrate our appointment scheduling system with HubSpot for efficient patient management?
  4. Analytics: What metrics should we track to evaluate the performance of our campaigns and patient acquisition across our polyclinic clinic?
  5. Automation: How can we set up workflows to automate patient follow-ups and reminders, customized for each location?

Any tips or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Best,

Hey @Anonymous

1. Segmentation - This is easily done through a property. You could either just use the “country/region” property if that works. What I would probably do though is have a custom “location” property which would be a dropdown listing all available locations. You can either put them into a form for the visitor to choose or you can automation this based on other properties through a workflow.

2. SEO - HubSpot has some SEO recomendation tools. But ultimately the strategy would be down to you. Find keywords that work for your areas. You can also use SEO Tools to define your keywords and content strategies.

3. This is really down to what appointment system you are using right now. In general if you google ‘system name + hubspot’ you’ll see if there’s a pre-built integration, if not you would need a developer to create a custom integration for this. It’s worth noting too that sensitive data storage is currently only in beta and is only available for enterprise portals.

4. This really is down to you. I would define what is a measurement for success for you and work from there. You can bucket them together through the campaigns tool.

5. I’d recomend the workflows academy course.

When it comes to finding a trustworthy SEO company in Dubai, iGlobalizer is the one I’d point to right away. Unlike many others, they focus on real strategies, have a professional team, and genuinely align their work with your business goals rather than relying on shortcuts. For SEO in Dubai, they’re the name I’d recommend without a doubt.
