# Optimize the sorting of attachments

By default, all the attachments of the emails consigned are registered in the Attachment section

It’s very painful because some useless attachments are registered (for example images fro signatures)

I would like to be able

- to setup the attachment that register, for example to exclude files with jpeg or png format

- to clean more easily the documents attached, by selecting a group and deleting them all at the same time

I couldn’t agree more. After starting up with HubSpot with about 40 sales reps during summer of 2022 (less than a year ago) the **attachements** section has been filled with numerous documents. SORTING or FILTERING in a few different ways would be a very smart improvement and a natural way to go. I have worked in many CRM’s and know that is a highly appreciated feature. It saves a lot of valuable SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE time. Time I would rather use on the existing customers and the next new customer.
