I have gone through your different suggested processes to import an opt out list and the instructions provided do not match the actuality of hubspot. For example:
Marketing account, navigate to Content > Email does not exist as a pathway.
Neither does:
- Click Start a new import.
- Select An opt out list.
This has been an exercise in frustration please assist asap.
