I’m trying to Opt Out contacts from specific newsletter subscriptions, but all the instructions seem to be for opting them out of ALL email, which I do not want to do. Is there a KB file for how to change their subscription/preference settings manually, for when they reply to opt out rather the click the email preferences link?
