# Openphone integration not working

Hello,

I’m using Openphone integration and the calls aren’t tracking. Normally a call would come in. Then I will link it to the correct contact.

Hubspot will usually record the previous calls on that number and link them.

Now its not tracking at all. I’ve uninstalled the app integration and reinstalled. Nothing is working
