Open the welcome message as a prompt

Hi …

I’ve been trying for hours to get the chat to display the welcome message as a promp to be used as a cta when a visitor accesses gaderens.dk. I don’t want the chat to fully open like this:

I would like to have use the option:

• Pop open the welcome message as a prompt: display a preview of the welcome message above the chat widget.

That is to make the chat look like the preview below to the right upon visiting the site:

You see my settings to the left in the picture.

What to I do wrong? Why is the chat still fully open despite my setting? Is there a bug in the system?

Hi @TSDabel,

The setting looks correct. This is what I see when I open your page:

Have you changed the behavior in the meantime? When you test different display behaviors, I’d recommend checking in a private / incognito window to rule out any cache/cookie issues.

Thanks for your reply. My settings are these:

I actually thought I had fixed the problem somehow, because the right chat version displayed in the Edge browser (though not in Chrome), but now it doesn’t work anymore. I’m not sure I have made any chances and have no ideas what’s going on. Still I might have overlooked a setting. Any ideas?
