Odd behaviour with knowledge base links in footer … if I go to customize template then Preview KB … footer links open in new tab. However, if I just view KB, links in footer open in same tab. I’d like KB footer links to open in new tab.
I was surprised to find that this wasn’t possible and now links to things like our Terms and Conditions can’t open in a new tab. Surely a quick job?
