I am the super admin for both HS and Microsoft Dynamics 365, and I set up the integration between the two. After a lot of work arounds, I got Deals and Companies to flow from HS to MSD for all HS users. I was able to get Accounts to flow from MSD to HS for any account. However, only the Opportunities I create in MSD flow over to HS, and no other user’s opportunities do. All users are users in both systems. And, yes, I’m using the MSD integration app built by Hubspot - I checked.

I wanted to provide you with this help article regarding the Sales Dynamics Data Sync.
It looks like that once the sync is enabled, all of your objects would be synced unless you have filtering rules in place.
I can see that you have an open ticket with our Support team regarding this issue. I invite you to continue working with them as they have access to troubleshooting tools the community does not and they can access your sync settings.
