One user updates properties on CRM tool but other users can't see updates

Hi,

My company uses Hubspot CRM (free tool), we have one account with four users. However, when one of the users updates the properties and columns in contacts, companies and deals none of the changes can be seen on other users’ screens - how do I fix this?

Hi @Frankie

Editing your own view, only changes your view of the database.

If you want to specify what all users when looking at certain screens you can set this system wide in settings. You can read more about this here: How do I customize the view for all users in my CRM?
