This is a rather strange scenario. We are using outlook suite connected to HubSpot for 1-1 emails.
When the email is sent from HubSpot, it has the HubSpot signature AND also the outlook signature.
We have been looking around, reaching out to support but no one seems to have an explanation or solution for this.
I am hoping anyone ran into this before and has a solution, it would be very helpful.
I have the EXACT same issue. There needs to be a solution for this! Simply put, we would just remove the HubSpot signature. But then, the unsubscribe link
appears above the Outlook email signature -- which we don’t want either. HubSpot, help!

Yes, there needs to be a solution here. We have double signatures with our Outlook connection as well. We don’t want to remove the HubSpot signature because then the unsubscribe link appears above the Outlook signature. And for obvious reasons, IT won’t be granting us to remove our Outlook signatures.
