We’ve configured a form in our portal to send submission notifications to multiple internal recipients under our company domain. This setup has been working fine — all recipients have consistently received the notifications in the past.
However, recently, one of the recipients under our domain has no receiving these notification emails, but before he got received the notifications in the past. Even though:
- The recipient is still correctly listed in the “Send submission notifications to” section.
- No changes were made to the email list or form settings.
- Other recipients under the same domain continue to receive the emails as usual.
- Spam, junk, and quarantine folders have been checked and found empty.
We’d appreciate your help to:
- Confirm whether HubSpot attempted to send notification emails to all recipients.
- Check if there was any bounce, block, or suppression event for any recipient.
This issue is recent and isolated to one user — we’d like to avoid similar issues in future submissions.
Thanks for your assistance!
Best regards,
Lynnette

Hi,
For my side, just only one of our recipients [email], has stopped receiving form submission notification emails from HubSpot since May 20. Other recipients are still receiving them as usual.
May i know, what can i do now? cuz i don’t think is DNS problem, becuase just only one of our recipients cannot to receiving form submission notification.
I have try to submmit again the form. yes, just only that email cannot receiving notification on gmail. others, can.
Not only that,
- That email is still listed under “Send submission notifications to” on the form
- Other email addresses continue to receive notifications as expected
- Spam/junk folders are clear
- We have tested with a cloned form and confirmed this email still does not receive anything
Could you please check if this address has been **suppressed, bounced, or blocked**, and help us **reactivate it** for internal notifications?
We’re experiencing an issue with HubSpot Marketing Form submission notifications.
Since May 20th, one specific recipient has stopped receiving notifications from our form, even though:
The email is correctly listed in the “Send submission notifications to” field
The user has form submission notifications enabled in their HubSpot profile
Other recipients are still receiving notifications normally
We’ve removed and re-added the email in the notification list, with no effect
This is not a DSN or delivery issue — the email system on our side is not blocking or bouncing messages
Our request:
Could the technical support team please help check:
Whether this recipient’s email address has been suppressed, unsubscribed, or bounced on HubSpot’s backend?
If yes, can the suppression be cleared so that notifications can resume? Attachments:
Screenshot showing other recipients received the notification
Screenshot of the current “Send submission notifications to” settings (with affected email clearly listed)
Screenshot of the current “Form Submmition" settings also open
Privacy note:
Due to privacy limitations on the community forum, we are unable to share the affected email address or HubSpot user ID publicly. We are happy to provide these details via private message or secure method if needed to proceed.
This is affecting our internal workflow and we would appreciate any help you can offer.
Hi @Prioocare, thanks for the details and thanks @TomM2 and @franksteiner79 for the help & tag! @Prioocare, can you please send me via private message the email address of the HubSpot user not receiving the form submission notification so that I can take a look for you?
Have a great day and thanks a lot!
