Hello,
It’s been discovered that one deal (found so far) was created on 31-October-2022 with multiple emails/meetings dating before the creation date from other contacts not associated with this deal. I’ve attempted to delete out the irrelivant deal details, but it deletes it from the CRM. Only connection is by associated company, however, contacts are different and the contacts do not have the emails logged either under their respected profiles. Only in this one deal location.
How do I remove the unrelated content from the deal without losing the information from CRM?

Do you have a paid HubSpot subscription? If so I would recommend getting in touch with HubSpot support as they can take a look in your portal. I’ve seen instances in the past where wrong associations of emails and notes happened, but that’s only something the HubSpot support can investigate and flag.

We don’t, sadly. I did reach out to a lovely sales associate thought the chat bubble, however she recommended to post here in hopes someone had experienced this before and how to correct it.
