# One-Click Subscription Cancellation

**What is it?**  
Simplify your customer’s subscription cancellation process by allowing them to initiate subscription cancellation with a link in their receipt. You can enable a setting to include a link to open a pre-formatted subscription cancellation email in each buyer’s subscription receipt.

**Why does it matter?**  
Your customers can now easily initiate subscription cancellation with a click, providing an improved customer experience.

**How does it work?**  
When you enable one-click subscription cancellation, your customer sees the option to cancel their subscription in their receipt. When they click on Cancel subscription, a pre-formatted subscription cancellation email populates.

Follow these steps to enable the cancellation link for all buyer’s subscription’s receipts:

1. Navigate to **Settings** , then click on **Objects** under **Data Management**
2. Click on **Subscriptions**
3. Click on **More** and select the **Notifications** tab
4. Scroll to the **Automatic payments** section, then enable the “Allow buyers to cancel a subscription” setting

**Who receives the email?**

The email will be sent to the address listed as the support email. This is the address that will be notified when a customer requests to cancel their subscription.
