Hi -
Is it possible to have a one-click signup form? Basically, a client got an email with a button that took him to a form that was already filled in with his information, so now they want a one-click signup form on their pages.
TIA!
Asia

Hi @asiaferguson,

Yes - however the CTA or button still has to lead somewhere. A confirmation page that says “Thanks for subscribing”, for example.

In a contact-based workflow, you could then enroll contacts who clicked the link the email or, if you used a CTA, engaged with the CTA. You can then use the “Manage communication subscriptions” workflow action to opt the contact in:

In a contact-based list, you can then either filter for this opt-status. Alternatively, you could also create a static list and use the workflow action to add contacts to a static list at the end of your workflow.

Best regards!

Is it possible to have a one-click signup button on a landing page?

I’m a little confused. The button would lead to a form that’s already pre-populated with the contact’s information so that they don’t have to fill it in, they can just click the submit button.

@asiaferguson I misunderstood, I thought you would want to subscribe directly from the email.

If you want to prepopulate a form, you could follow these steps: [https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Tips-Tricks-Best-Practices/pre-filled-forms/m-p/815417/highlight/true#M3835](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Tips-Tricks-Best-Practices/pre-filled-forms/m-p/815417/highlight/true#M3835)

Let me know if you have followup questions!
