‘We’re sorry. You have no accounts’.

I have been completing my Academy certifications under ID: 26705521. Now just completed my CMS HubSpot for Developers II: Best practices and got this while in page editor finalising submission for grading.
May you assist me:
1) Recover this account together with my project that was under it.
2) Delete the new account I now created in attempts to resolve this issue. The new account to delete is under ID: 139575858
And/or
Refer me to the HubSpotter I learned can assist from those who have had similar issue.
Warm regards,
Mish

Hello @SM0101 ,

Thank you for reaching out to the academy community page! I’m happy to help out with this. I still see 26705521 as active so I can not reactivate it. I would try a few

troubleshooting steps:

1. First, make sure your browser is up to date with the latest version - sometimes a software update can resolve odd behavior issues.

2. Try logging into your portal in your browser’s incognito or private browsing mode. This will rule out any potential caching issues. Clear cache in a browser

If it ends up being a browser cache issue, here are some instructions on how to clear your cache:

3. If the problem persists, try logging into your portal using a different browser. This will tell us if the issue is related to any settings or add-ons in your current browser. If you don’t have another browser currently installed on your computer, you can download one here: https://browsehappy.com

4. If that fails, try logging in from a different computer to rule out any settings on your current computer.

5. If that fails, try connecting to a different network - some networks have their own security settings and firewalls that will hamper the performance of certain websites.
You can delete your free account by following these KB article steps.

Thank you!

Hi Anissa,
Now resolved. Thanks for the assistance. I had to use the test account rather than the default account.
