Old Outlook vs New Outlook

Starting with history that may be helpful to others. My question is at the end of this post. :grinning_face:
I just finished helping a client switch back to “Old Outlook” because the sales extension is not working with the “New Outlook” but in that process I learned that according to this knowledgebase article (Set up the Outlook desktop add-in | Knowledge Base) the Outlook Extension for Desktop Outlook will no longer be updated.
It was recommended that we add the HubSpot Sales web add-in which we did and upon switching back to “Old Outlook” my user was prompted to sign in. Then, all was good, except she can’t use “New Outlook”.

Sharing all of that to ask:

What post/thread is the best one for me to subscribe to so that I get notificaitons about this specifically and can be proactive about letting clients know what to do to stay connected vs them telling me it’s not working?

Hey @SauceBoss! Good question. HubSpot makes lots of changes, so the best way to stay on top of announcements about the sales extension is likely to check this section of the Community: Outlook Sales Extension

It looks like @sjudson was the last Product Manager to post about the updates to the extension, so follow them for any relevant content. :blush:
