Old Meeting Link being Used

One of my clients has a meeting link for someone that is no longer with the company. We thought it had been removed from everything, but it seems we’ve had 2 submissions to it in the last 30 days.
I know this because we have a report that tracks how many meetings are being scheduled for each link that suddenly has 2 new ones on it.
How can I find out where that link is and who submitted to it?

Hi @twj1522,

What does the report filter for? Are you sure that these meetings were not simply booked a long time in advance?

Have you checked whether the meeting link still can be accessed? (You should see the conversion on the associated contacts.)

To rule out the obvious, is the user deactivated?

Best regards

The user is deactivated.
The report is filtered by form type and then it just shows a chart of views, submission totals, and conversions rate.
The report appears show submissions in the last 30 days, so I don’t think these were booked prior to the last 30 days.
I didn’t create this report. I was going to try and reverse engineer this, but I don’t see a customize button like i normally do to be able to go into the view like when you first create a report.
And so for the link in question it says Meeting Link: (Username) but it doesn’t have an actual link to the form like the example below.
And if I go to Sales Meeting Scheduler, it just wants me to set up my link. I can’t see anyone else’s links. So that’s what I was trying to find.

@twj1522 I’m not seeing a meeting in the screenshot, which row are you referring to?

You can filter for contacts where Recent conversion date is less than 30 days ago and Recent conversion contains any of Meetings. That should lead you to any contacts who guava presumably submitted the meeting link.

I know. I was just showing the report and the fields that it has. I kept out the part that shows the meeting links, because they all have peoples names in them and some of them have part of the link in the name.
That’s a good idea. I’ll try that.
Thank you

Hey @twj1522 ,
Based on your access level, you should be able to filter by the “Owner” on “Meetings” page. The top option on that list would be “All Users”.

Then just look for the same slug as you see in the report you’ve mentioned (the “Username” part of it).
