Offline Source - Crisp Chat

Hi Hubspot Community!

I’m trying to figure out how to create a list based on contacts who were created through an integration I have with Crisp (online chat tool). See image..

These contacts have visited our website and engaged on chat with support team. These are not necessarily customers and they haven’t subscribed to anything when inputing their email on chat.

I would like to be able to filter them out from mailing lists / etc but am strugling to find a way to categorise (or flag them automatically) by their Offline Source - In this case ‘Crisp’.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Hi @O_Wilder,

Could you navigate to a contact record, click View all properties in the left sidebar (under About this contact) and search for “Original source”? I haven’t worked with Crisp yet but that is where I’d expect the integration to leave a trace.

The original source drilldown properties are explained here. You can use these properties like any other contact property, for list building, contact views, workflow enrollment etc.
