When selecting Country as an option, the bot offers the client all the countries in your list of 100+ buttons. This should be offered as a dropdown. Use case: I need to route sales requests to the sales people in the clients country.
I agree that there needs to be some sort of a solution here. This would be ideal - we used to use Zopim/Zendesk and we could immediately see which city, state, and country people were chatting from. Super helpful, and often allows us to focus leads where they need to go.
