Currently the default behavior of the O365 add-in is such that if a Deal is not open (if the status for example is won), then it will not be suggested in the list of Deals the user is being offering, when the user want to log the Email to the Deal using the O365.
Obviously the user want to be able to have the same ease of use of logging emails to Deals which has been won, so I dont get this behavior.
Could you please change the Default behavior, so ALL Deals associated with a contact is being offered in the list of Deals, when logging emails to Deals using the O365 Add-in
