Hello! I found a problem with Hubspot default properties related to sequences, as “Number of sequences enrolled” (the number of times a contact was enrolled into a sequence), for exemple. We found a contact that was subscribe into a sequence, but this property did not update. We belive that is some bug, so I would like to know if someone else already had this kind of problem.

There may be a slight delay in the system that is affecting the property from updating in real time.
If more than 24 hours have passed and the property hasn’t been updated yet, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription. They are your best resource in this case as this matter may require deep troubleshooting and direct access to your account.
I would recommend providing a screenshot of the “Number of Sequences Enrolled Property” and links to examples of this in your account in your support ticket for the team to take a look.
