We found that the “Number of Email Replies” filter counts replies per unique thread email, not per reply.
This means that if a contact replies multiple times within the same conversation, the filter won’t reflect the actual number of replies.
This makes it unreliable for identifying engaged contacts.
A contact who replies three times in one thread may never appear in a segment filtered for “2 or more replies”.
Flagging this to the community so HubSpot could implement the filter to show the actual number of replies from a contact.
