My account is going to be updated to new seat-based pricing model next month (current plan: MKT enterprise & Sales professional), I’m wondering how many core seats I will had or if I need to buy additional, what is the pricing for additional core seat.

In terms of how many core seats you’ll get, I’d recommend aligning with your customer success manager on that. Currently, from the migrations I’ve been part of, the migration should follow a model where users who are active prior to the migration date will receive a core seat “for free”. You should’ve received an email detailing the exact changes to seats, pricing, next steps, subject line “Important: Upcoming changes to your HubSpot account”.
