Just out of interest what have folks found in terms of best practices for NPS email message bodies? Obviously we struggle to get something that fits in the very limited 40 character space. To me it feels the reverse of what I would like in terms of a use case where the subject line can be twice the length of the email body. What do you all think? Have you come up with a good solution around this?
Thanks,
JP

appreciated, we have tried a couple of different examples at this point, but obviously with such a limited character set wondering what folks have come up with. Beyond testing different subject lines.
