We’d like to start using the NPS and/or CSAT survey tools in Hubspot but we only want to send surveys to specific contact types that are associated with tickets from specific pipelines.
I cannot seem to create that criteria within the survey tool so I thought I would be able to use an active list but it appears the survey tool only uses static lists.
Am I missing something? Does anyone know of any workarounds?

I would assume the issue you’re running into is that once you filter by a contact property you cannot then filter by a ticket property, correct? If that’s the case, then I might suggest creating a custom sync property that can hold the value of the ticket pipelines they are associated with.

You’re right—HubSpot surveys only use static lists, not active ones. A simple workaround is to create your active list with the right criteria and then export it and re-import it as a static list. If you want to keep it updated automatically, set up a workflow to add people from the active list into the static list. That’ll let you target exactly who you want.
