There are a lot of resources for looking at net promoter scores by industry but is there a website that shows the average for the agency/marketing industries? I can find everything from insurance to airlines but nothing on marketing/agencies.

The NPS benchmark for digital marketing agencies in 2021 seems to be around 57-61, according to research by Retently and QuestionPro.
