I created a workflow that will notify the contact owner when a lead interacts with our website. The filter is only those leads that are from a “Target Account” (checkbox = true). I’ve tested this but it’s not working. Is there something I need to add to our website to make this work?
First, for this to work the visitor will have to have accepted cookies, be known to the system, and be connected to the target account. Assuming that is true, the workflow should work. Can we see a screenshot of the workflow, especially the first step? An initial thought that comes to mind are that it isn’t setup to allow someone to flow through again.
I created a fake target account for myself and visited the site multiple times and accepted the cookies. No email was sent?
