I was looking for the exact same functionality.
* notify the deal owner
* notify the sales manager
* send an automatic email to the prospect asking if they want the link refreshed.
* enter the prospect back into a funnel
In our business (larger home improvements), the contact may take several months to make a decision. They may need planning permission, consult with a conservation officer, or get structural calculations prepared before proceeding. (Our longest lead time from first contact to conversion is 4 years).
There is a nice little solution for notifying customers when a link is about to expire:

When a prospect tries to download an expired quote, this is a strong signal towards buying. Is there a workaround?
