In our team we work with a lot of systems to get the job done. And although we would love for everyone to be a jack of all trades. Some people do better with some systems and other people have more knowledge about the other systems.
In our team we need to create a new calendly whenever a new Workflow or Form is created in Hubspot. The person who would make the Workflow or Form in Hubspot isn’t always the same as the one who then creates the Calendly. We do all this to make sure that we have the best customer journey possible.
To avoid errors, we would there for want Person B to get a new email or text every time a New Workflow or Form is created. So that we can be sure that nothing goes wrong in case Person A forgets to notify Person B about the new Workflow.
