My company has a rule in place where if you own a company (company assigned date) is owned for more than 30 days, it gets dropped from your name.
This makes it difficult to know which accounts I should be working or not. Is there a way to get a notification for when accounts come off of my mind. From manually taking it off myself to a system generated trigger?

Hey @EBui, thanks for reaching out! This is an interesting use case. I don’t know much about your setup, but I have some general thoughts below.
If you currently have a workflow that is reassigning company records, you could add a step right before the reassignment step that sends an internal notification to the company owner to let them know that the record is being reassigned.
From there, I would create saved views for your company/contact records (more info in this HubSpot Knowledge Base article). It sounds like you would want to see only the company records where you’re marked as the owner, so you could use the default owner view or create your own.
