Is it possible to be notified when an ad receives a contact tracking error in Hubspot? Similar to how Meta sends notifications when an ad is rejected. We’re losing potential leads when our ads get flagged with tracking errors and no one realizes until 1-2 days later.
Hey @annecaylin! Thanks for your question. I can see how these errors could affect your incoming leads if they aren’t caught right away. At this time there is no native HubSpot function to be notified of these errors. That said, I can absolutely see the value of this -- I encourage you to consider creating a post on our Ideas Forum here. If you find a similar idea, give it an upvote and share your unique use case in the comments.
Maybe some of our experts have encountered this issue too-- @CHawkins, @Jigar_Thakker have either of you dealt with frequent contact tracking errors and not catching them quick enough?
