Is it possible to change the content that is being sent in a notification email? Very little information in the notification email unless you click the button. It would be nice to have the info link to that comment.

System notifications cannot be edited, no.
If you have a Professional subscription, you can set up your own custom notifications for some activities. Comments on activities, as in your screenshot, are not among them however.
