Notification Bell in Browser - Keep number badge until read

HubSpot,

The notification bell :bell: is very handy at the top of the browser, but as soon as you click to read the notification content and perhaps click away, the notification bell icon no longer shows the badge number of how many notifications are currently unread in that list. It is easy to forget that you have other unread notifications. :o_button_blood_type:

Is there a way to keep the red number of notifications there until all are read? If you start off with 5 and then only read one, you should be able to see at the bell a red with a #4 in it telling you that there are still 4 unread notifications in that area.

I completely agree.

It’s logical for the bell to keep showing the overall count of unread notifications until all of them are read. Thank you for posting this suggestion!

The notification bell needs a serious re-work. The above suggestion is vey important. Moreover, it should be added something like importance flag-label.There are numerous situations in which we read a note, for example, and wants to deal with it later. The notification is now read and transfered to ‘‘All’’. The only thing we can do is to go to All find it and mark it as unread. As the day passes by, we read the same notes over and over again cause we want to prioritize things. All the time the same situation, go to all and mark it as unread.

It should have a flag so we go to ‘‘All’’ and deal with flags.
