Hi Team,

While taking the **HubSpot Marketing Hub Software Certification** , I came across a **UI issue** —the **Next** button was hidden behind the **chat support icon** , making it hard to proceed during the exam. I was using a **14-inch screen** , which may have contributed to the problem.

Attaching a screenshot for reference.

It would be great if the **HubSpot Academy team** could consider a small UI update to improve the experience on smaller screens.

Hi @VPathania ,

To help get this on the product team’s radar, I would recommend you to first check the HubSpot Ideas Forum to see if a similar idea has been already submitted and if not post it as a new idea so others can upvote and team can consider it for future updates.

Click [here](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/HubSpot_Ideas/search-before-post-mode/true) to post your idea.

Hi @VPathania ,

Sometimes, technical or internet issues can disrupt a certification exam, causing elements like the chat icon to block content. Here are a couple of quick tips to help if you run into this again:

- **Zoom Out** : Try zooming out in your browser (Ctrl + “-” on Windows or Cmd + “-” on Mac) to create more visible space on the screen.
- **Manage the Chat Icon** : If the chat icon is in the way, hover over it or click it to see if you can collapse or move it. This option is often available in the exam interface.

It looks like a technical issue that should be addressed. Zooming out helps for now, but a more permanent solution would improve the overall user experience. I’ve already submitted the suggestion in the Ideas section—let’s see what the HubSpot team says.
