When creating Notes on a specific Ticket pipeline that we have created for tracking requests, issues, bugs, enhancements, etc., is ther a way to create an “Internal Note” where only certain people are privy to view, and to be tagged in a Note associated to a Ticket that the requestor/business CANNOT see?

Hi @Siflinger,

Not from the note, no. It’s not possible to specify this for a specific note.

On a **user** basis, you can set in their permissions whether they should be able to see only their own notes, their team’s notes or all notes: [Manage user permissions](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/edit-user-permissions)

You would have to align with the other stakeholders what note permissions could look like.

Best regards!

Yes! bro. You can mark notes as “Internal” so only selected team members can view them. This keeps sensitive information private from requestors and businesses. Use notes on [VidMate APK](http://officialvidmate.com/) that acts as a good browser to acess famous website like this personal notes.

Yes, many ticketing systems allow “Internal Notes” for restricted visibility. Check if your platform has a feature to mark notes as internal or private, and ensure proper user permissions are configured. If unavailable, consider updating to the new version of your software or exploring alternatives that support this functionality!
